What is a Door Entry System?

A door entry system (or sometimes called intercom system) is a system which allows the occupier to communicate with a visitor and allow entry if required.

The system comprises of an entrance panel, handsets / video monitors and an electronic lock.

Methods of communication can be via speech / audio panel or video panel.
